RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) POLICY
RMA Claim Policy
To request an RMA claim, customers must follow the procedure below:
1. Proof of Purchase
Customers must provide a valid invoice or proof of purchase to initiate a warranty claim.
2. Warranty Coverage
Products are covered under the original manufacturer’s warranty terms.
3. Physical Damage

Physical damage voids warranty coverage.

Any product with visible physical damage will not qualify for warranty service.
4. Return of Physically Damaged Products
If a product is found physically damaged, BANTECH Solution will return the item to the customer at the customer’s expense.
5. RMA Processing
Approved RMA claims will be processed according to manufacturer policies and timelines.
